What did you eat today?

Breakfast: protein Shake: juice from 1 beet, beet greens and stems, 3 carrots, and 1 large Honeycrisp apple plus 2T SP Complete (10 g protein), 1 scoop Bluebonnet Whey Protein Isolate (26 g protein), 1 scoop Green Vibrance, 2 T whole seed Salba. Pretty tasty!


Lunch: Ruby Tuesday salad bar: 3-4 C salad greens, green peppers, carrots, broccoli, zucchini slices sun-dried tomatoes, onion, splash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, black pepper. One glass of unsweetened ice tea and a glass of water.


Dinner: 4 C Imagine Organic Tomato Soup (320 cal, 4 g fat, 8g fiber, 8 g protein) sprinkled with nutritional yeast. Carrot sticks, bell pepper sticks, cuccumber slices.

Snack: Banana. Protein shake: 6 strawberries plus 2T SP Complete, 1 scoop Bluebonnet Whey Protein Isolate and 2t ground flax seed.

How are you feeling? Feeling very positive and alert. Not feeling hungry. Looking forward to continuing.

Did you experience any physical effects? Breakfast got me “moving” almost immediately! Let the cleansing begin!!!
