What did you eat today?

Breakfast: Raw Juice: 2 celery stalks, half a cucumber, half a jalapeno, couple pieces red bell pepper, eight cherry tomatoes, handful of cilantro (stems and leaves) — yum! Protein Shake: 2T SP Complete, 1 scoop Bluebonnet Whey Protein Isolate, 1 scoop Green Vibrance, 2 T ground flax seed plus one banana and six strawberries.
Snack: 

Lunch: Tossed green salad with 1T Bragg Oil and Vinegar dressing.

Snack: 

Dinner: tossed green salad with a splash of olive oil and vinegar. Pizza di Portabella: large portabella mushroom cap, tomato, onion, garlic, olives, sundried tomato, nutritional yeast — all raw.

Snack: 2T SP Complete, 1 scoop Bluebonnet Whey Protein Isolate, 2 T ground flax seed plus 1 T flax oil.

How are you feeling? Still feeling positive and focussed.

Did you experience any physical effects? A little tired at the end of the day.

Are you doing any other purification techniques? None.
