What did you eat today?

Breakfast: Bloody Martian Cocktail: 2 celery stalks, half a cucumber, half a jalapeno, couple pieces red bell pepper, a quarter of a small onion, one medium tomato (more or less) plus a handful of cilantro (stems and leaves).


Lunch: Seaweed salad, sauerkraut cooked with apple, steamed broccoli, suger-free cranberrybrelish made with Stevia.

Snack: Protein Shake: 2T SP Complete, 1 scoop Bluebonnet Whey Protein Isolate, 1 scoop Green Vibrance, 2 T ground flax seed plus one banana, six strawberries and a few frozen blueberries.

Dinner: Cooked lentils, raw zucchini, chopped olives, and salsa.

Snack: Protein Shake: 2T SP Complete plus 1 scoop Bluebonnet Whey Isolate.

How are you feeling? Tired/lazy. Not sure where the day went.

Did you experience any physical effects?Just tired.
