What did you eat today?

Breakfast: Purple People-Eater Punch: freshly juiced 1 beet, 1 apple, 3 carrots.

Snack: Protein Shake: 2T SP Complete, 1 scoop Bluebonnet Whey Protein Isolate, 1 scoop Green Vibrance, 2 T ground flax seed, 1 T flax oil plus one banana and a couple frozen blueberries.

Lunch: 2 veggie spring rolls: veggies rolled innrice paper. 16 oz Kambucha.


Dinner: Hot Meal!: lentils mixed with garlic and hot peppers and sauteed in grapeseed oil. Steamed broccoli. Homemade guacole. 2 C Trader Joe’s Instant Miso Soup.


How are you feeling? Ok.

Did you experience any physical effects? Gassy.
