Breakfast: Protein Shake: 2T SP Complete, 1 scoop Bluebonnet Whey Protein Isolate, 1 scoop Green Vibrance, 1 T Chia seed, 1 T flax oil plus one banana and a handful of fresh blueberries.

Snack: 

Lunch: 1 C lentils with garlic and hot peppers — not burned.

Snack: 

Dinner: 2 bowls onion, bok choy, mushroom miso soup hot and tasty.

Snack: 

How are you feeling? Ok.

Did you experience any physical effects? Gassy.
