What did you eat today?

Breakfast: Purple People-Eater Punch.

Snack: Ace Sushi: 12 pcs — veggies: cuccumber, carrot, avocado, nori, rice, soy sauce, pickled ginger.

Lunch: Tossed salad topped with oil & vinegar. Chunks of watermelon.

Snack:

Dinner: 1 bowl miso, onion, bok choy, mushroom soup. Dozen black olives.

Snack: Protein Shake: 2T SP Complete, 1 scoop Bluebonnet Whey Protein Isolate, 2 T ground flax seed plus one banana 8 strawberries and a handful of fresh blueberries.

How are you feeling? A bit tired — 20 minute mid-afternoon nap.

Did you experience any physical effects? Gassy.

Are you doing any other purification techniques?
