Lunch: Tossed salad topped with oil & vinegar. Chunks of watermelon.
Dinner: 1 bowl miso, onion, bok choy, mushroom soup. Dozen black olives.
Snack: Protein Shake: 2T SP Complete, 1 scoop Bluebonnet Whey Protein Isolate, 2 T ground flax seed plus one banana 8 strawberries and a handful of fresh blueberries.
