Lunch: 4 C mushroom soup plus one large whole portabello mushroom cap.
Snack: Protein Shake: 2T SP Complete, 1 scoop Bluebonnet Whey Protein Isolate, 1 scoop Green Vibrance, 1 T chia seed plus one banana 1/2 C strawberries and a 1/2 C fresh blueberries. Spread out over afternoon and evening.
Dinner: 1 C spicy curried lentils plus 1 tsp flax seed oil and sprinkle of nutritional yeast.
Snack: 1 C spicy curried lentilss plus couple olices, strawberries and blueberries. Sprinkle of nutritional yeast.
