What did you eat today?

Breakfast: 6oz. Wild caught Salmon, 2oz. Rice noodles, 2oz. Snap peas, 1 medium carrot.

Snack:

Lunch: 4oz. Seitan, 1/2 C curried lentils.

Snack:

Dinner: Protein Shake: 2T SP Complete, 1 scoop Bluebonnet Whey Protein Isolate, 1 scoop Green Vibrance, 1 T chia seed plus a banana and 1/2 C fresh blueberries.
