What did you eat today?

Breakfast: Sunshine Soup: miso broth, chopped fresh veggies, 2 oz. rice noodles.

Snack:

Lunch: 3 oz. baked organic chicken breast. 1/2 C cherry tomatoes.

Snack:

Dinner: Orange Mush: 1/2 baked sweet potato plus 1/2 C lentils mixed with curry powder, garlic and chilies.

Snack: Protein Shake: 2T SP Complete, 1 scoop Bluebonnet Whey Protein Isolate, 1 scoop Green Vibrance, 1 T Flax Oil, 1 T chia seed plus a banana and 6 oz. fresh blacberries.
