What did you eat today?

Breakfast: A bowl of Sunshine Soup with no noodles, just broth and veggies.

Snack:

Lunch: 12 pieces veggie sushi made with brown rice.

Snack:

Dinner: 6 oz. grilled salmon fillet, half a sweet potato, couple strawberries. Dessert: 1 banana plus 1/2 C blueberries.
