What did you eat today?

Breakfast: Pot of black tea. No food.

Snack: 

Lunch: Large green salad tossed with balsamic vinaigrette dressing and topped with grilled chicken. 1 C creamy tomato basil soup. Unsweetened ice tea. Yum! Very filling.

Snack: A Banana Chocolate Protein Shake (ABC Shake)

Dinner: 1 Bowl of Cioppino.

Snack: 2 pears.
