Breakfast: Lentils, asparagus, 2oz. baked chicken, hot sauce, nutritional yeast. Half cup tomatoes.

Snack:

Lunch: 4oz. tempeh with salsa. 2 minneola oranges.

Snack: ABC Protein Shake

Dinner: Cioppino
