Day 11: January 12, 2012

This is the day I can add lean protein (chicken/wild fish) back into my diet.

Weight: 253 pounds (0)

Sleep: 5 hours

What did you eat today?

Breakfast: Protein Shake: 2T SP Complete, 1 scoop Bluebonnet Whey Protein Isolate, 1 scoop Green Vibrance, 1 T Flax Oil, 1 T chia seed plus a banana and 1/2 C fresh blueberries.


Lunch: 1 Veggie Spring Roll, 6 pieces brown rice veggie sushi, 1 bottle Kambucha.

Snack: Chocolate Soy Protein Shake: 2T SP Complete + 1 scoop chocolate protein powder.

Dinner: 6oz. Baked wild-caught salmon, left-over zesty lentils and peas, dozen raw sugar snap peas, 2t tamarind & garlic sauce. Very filling.


How are you feeling? Tired (not enough sleep). Full (dinner did that). Gassy.

Did you experience any physical effects? Right shoulder and arm still sore. It was hard to find a comfortable sleeping position. I could not go back to sleep when I awoke to the sound of the house getting ready for work and school. I went to bed late last night. Avoid the bed, avoid the pain? Didn’t work.

Are you doing any other purification techniques?
