What did you eat today?

Breakfast: 2 bowls onion, bok choy, mushroom miso soup.

Snack: 

Lunch: 2 Veggie Spring Rools with sweet chili dipping sauce (no rice). Bottle of Kambucha.

Snack: Protein Shake: 2T SP Complete, 1 scoop Bluebonnet Whey Protein Isolate, 1 scoop Green Vibrance, 1 T chia seed plus a banana.

Dinner: Cooked brown rice noodles topped with Tasty Bite’s Zesty Lentils and Peas, raw zucchini, 2T Stonehouse 27’s Tamarind & garlic sauce. Plus a half dozen yelow cherry tomatoes. Wow! Very yummy and filling, too!

Snack: 

How are you feeling? Tired

Did you experience any physical effects? Gassy. Not sure if this related to the diet– seems I have injured the rotator cuff in my right shoulder. I first noticed the pain and inability to lift my right arm beginning yesterday afternoon. Saw my acupuncturist this morning. She focussed her needlework on relieving the pain and strengthening the area surrounding the injury. She said it may feel worse before it gets better. Lifting is currently very difficult and painful. Sleep was difficult last night — hard to find the right position.

Are you doing any other purification techniques?
FIR Sauna — 25 minutes at 130 degrees F
