What did you eat today?

Breakfast: Protein Shake: 2T SP Complete, 1 scoop Bluebonnet Whey Protein Isolate, 1 scoop Green Vibrance, 1 T Flax Oil, 1 T chia seed plus a banana, 1/2 C fresh blueberries, and a dozen fresh strawberries.


Lunch: 1 Veggie Spring Roll, 6 pieces brown rice veggie sushi, 1 bottle Kambucha.

Snack: Small green salad tossed with oil and vinegar.

Dinner: Stir-fried 3oz. Seitan, diced broccoli, onion, celery, jalapeno, mixed with nama shoyu and served on brown rice noodles. Dozen strawberries. Yeah, I know — Seitan is overly processed wheat-gluten. But I wanted to try it anyway. Not bad as a stir-fry component.


How are you feeling? Slept a bit better. The pain in my right arm is subsiding. I am using Alleve to manage the pain.

Did you experience any physical effects?

Are you doing any other purification techniques?
