What did you eat today?

Breakfast: Purple People-Eater Punch.

Snack:

Lunch: 6oz. Salmon Fillet fried in coconut oil and topped with capers and lime juice. Sugar snap Peas. Green salad tossed with olive oil & vinegar. 1 C fresh blueberries.

Snack: 1 whole carrot sliced into chips, dipped in homemade spicy guacamole. Sweet and spicy! Yum!

Dinner: 3oz. stir-fried organic chicken thigh, stir-friiid mxed veggies (mushroom, onion, bell pepper, bok choy, sugar snap peas).

Snack: Chocolate Soy Protein Shake: 2T SP Complete + 1 scoop chocolate protein powder + 1 T chia seed. 1 C fresh blueberries.

How are you feeling? Slept well last night. Right arm is nearly right again.

Did you experience any physical effects? Gassy.

Are you doing any other purification techniques?
