What did you eat today?

Breakfast: 1 C miso with 3oz. Seitan.

Snack:

Lunch: Romaine lettuce tossed with oil and vinegar and chili and garlic, topped with 2oz. Broiled tuna, cherry tomatoes, olives, nutritional yeast. 1 C fresh blueberries.

Snack:

Dinner: Ruby Tuesday salad bar: 3-4 C salad greens, green peppers, carrots, broccoli, zucchini slices sun-dried tomatoes, onion, splash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, black pepper.

Snack: Banana. Chocolate Soy Protein Shake: 1 scoop chocolate protein powder + 1 scoop Bluebonnet Whey Protein Isolate + 1 T chia seed + 1 T Flax Oil. So not chocolatey!

Did you experience any physical effects? Gassy. Tired.
