What did you eat today?

Breakfast: 2 C Imagine Garden Broccoli Soup blended with 1 T nutritional yeast, 1 T Chia Seed, 1 T Flax Oil, 1 Scoop Green Vibrance, 2 scoops SP Complete plus chili pepper flakes and dried seaweed. Weird!


Lunch: 2 Veggie Spring Rools with sweet chili dipping sauce (no rice). Bottle of Kambucha.


Dinner: Sauteed mix of mushrooms, onions, zucchini, garlic, lentils on lettuce. Kind of a taco salad without chips, meat,mcheese or any other forbidden foods.

Snack: Banana.
