What did you eat today?

Breakfast: Fruitless Protein Shake: 2T SP Complete, 1 scoop Bluebonnet Whey Protein Isolate, 1 scoop Green Vibrance, 1 T chia seed.

Snack: 

Lunch: Sauteed onions, mushrooms jalapeno and poblano peppers, garlic and lentils topped with salsa, olives and nutritional yeast. Actually, very tasty.

Snack: 

Dinner: rawghetti: raw kelp noodles with a Bloody Martian as the sauce, topped withnutritional yeast. Banana for dessert.

Snack: Protein Shake: 2T SP Complete, 1 scoop Bluebonnet Whey Protein Isolate, banana, frozen blueberries.

How are you feeling? Felt a bit weak this evening. Assumed it was the result of not eating enough. Had a protein shake and felt better.

Did you experience any physical effects? Still gassy.

Are you doing any other purification techniques? None.
